These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of myrestfulsleep.com (the "Site") and to any sleep consultancy services, packages, or digital guides purchased from Karen Galan, trading as My Restful Sleep ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

My Restful Sleep is a baby and child sleep consultancy run by Karen Galan, an OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach and Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant, based in the United Kingdom and offering support to clients online and worldwide. 2. Our services

We provide personalised sleep coaching packages, one-off consultations, and downloadable sleep guides. Packages and pricing are described on the Site and may be updated from time to time. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, and our services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. Always consult your GP, health visitor, or paediatrician about any medical concerns regarding your child's health, growth, or development before beginning a sleep programme.

3. Bookings and payment

Consultancy packages are booked and paid for as set out at the time of purchase. Full payment (or any agreed deposit) is required before a sleep plan or ongoing support begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Digital guides and downloads

Paid sleep guides are sold and delivered as instant digital downloads via our third-party payment processor. Because these are digital products delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where required by law. Free guides and resources offered in exchange for your email address are provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

5. Cancellations and refunds for consultancy services

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or package, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the service has already been delivered and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline a refund where substantial work — such as a personalised sleep plan — has already been provided.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Every child and family is different, and while we bring genuine care and expertise to every plan, we cannot guarantee specific results or timeframes. Your engagement, consistency, and your child's individual needs all affect outcomes.

7. Use of this website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. All content on the Site — including text, images, and downloadable guides — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including Payhip for guide purchases, MailerLite for email delivery, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. This does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
